Direct Auto

Terms of Use

Last updated July 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Direct Auto website. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, or sending us details of a vehicle, you agree to them.

Vehicle listings

We take care to describe our vehicles accurately, including specifications, odometer readings, and condition. Listings are provided as a guide only — we recommend inspecting any vehicle in person before purchase. Price and availability can change, and a listing is not an offer or contract of sale.

Enquiries and selling your car

When you submit an enquiry or ask us to consider your car, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to offer the vehicle. Submitting details does not create an obligation on either side — it simply starts a conversation. Any purchase, price, or agreement is confirmed separately and in writing.

Photos you upload

By uploading photos you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you allow us to use them to assess and, if agreed, market the vehicle.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or upload harmful content.

Liability

We provide the site and its information in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content; nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
